Returns & Refunds

If the buyer decides to cancel the order before it got shipped we will send him a full refund.

For lamps that have reached the buyer damaged, with some parts missing, not as described, not working properly or stopped working properly in 60 days after receiving the lamp, one of the solutions will apply:

  • If it’s a small part and easily replaceable we will ship the buyer a new part.
  • If it’s a large part buyer can ship the broken part back. We will cover shipping expenses and send the buyer a replacement. Buyer should contact us for details about return shipping before shipping the item back or shipping expenses will not be covered.
  • Buyer can return the lamp and get a full refund. Buyer covers the return shipping expenses.
