We ship the lamp in 48 hours after receiving the order.
Shipping to Europe countries takes about 4-9 working days.
Shipping to the United States takes about 5-17 working days.
Shipping to other countries takes about 9-22 working days.
Time usually needed for creating the order variates from few days to few weeks. If the lamp is needed by a specific date for some occasion please inform us in the Order “Notes” Section while making the order or write us an e-mail. We will try to arrange the delivery on time or contact you if that won’t be possible.

Packages are shipped from Europe. European Union counties will not receive any customs taxes. For countries outside of EU like US, Canada, Australia and others, packages are marked as low-cost gifts so it should not get custom taxes. Sometimes large packages containing floor lamps might get taxed by customs.
If the buyer decides to cancel the order before it got shipped we will send him a full refund.
If lamps have reached the buyer damaged, some parts missing, is not as described, not working properly or stopped working properly in 60 days after receiving the lamp, one of the solutions will apply:

All lamps come with a 12-month warranty. If the lamp will stop working properly during this period we will fix the lamp or organize a replacement free of charge.
Contact us if you have an issue after the warranty expires and we’ll try to find you the best solution to the problem.
If the gourd lampshade was damaged we can ship you a replacement for 150 USD.
